Does anyone have any idea when the 2025 Ohio IT-1041 will be ready?  I need it to complete trust state filings

    Same!  I can't believe we have no way to provide clients with the Ohio 1041 yet! And until they can review the return, we won't file it.

      Hi! Thanks for posting in the Community about when the 2025 OH IT-1041 will be ready. We understand it is frustrating when a form that you need is not available. We have checked to see if there is an eta for the release of the OH IT-1041, there is not, and it is still marked for e-file only. We are monitoring the form and will post an update here once we have one.

      Can you allow us to print the "e-file" versions of the form just so we can get this out to clients?

        Ditto -- I AM e-filing the returns, but I send a copy of the return to the client with the e-Signature request and I don't think they'll understand "unavailable"....  Can we do something to pressure the State of Ohio.
