NYS personal return for 2019

On a NYS personal 2019 return with an over payment that should all be applied, Lacerte is showing some inflated amount on lines 78 ( available for refund ) and 78b and a negative amount on line 79, amount to be applied. Clearly a program issue. Has anyone contacted Lacerte about this ?
