Cannot find it regarding A-011 on IT-558.  A-011 is not on the input screen,  the Unemployment Compensation Exclusion addback should be included on Form IT-558 NYS adjustments due to Decoupling from the IRC.

I do not see A-011 in the instructions. Possibly NYS has not updated their instructions and Lacerte has not finalized all of the state adjustments due to a very recent change in tax law. Maybe wait for Lacerte to catch up.
