We have plenty of paid users but at times, when switching from one tax module to the next, we are told there are too many users and some one has to sign off.  This happened where there were 2 of us in the building and we have 12 users.  What's the problem?

    People not closing the program when they're done?

    Remote users?

    I haven't seen that in a long time, and it was in fact when too many people tried to access.

    When I did see you it, I had the option to see who the users were. Then I could tell someone to get out.
