Question

Need to file From 568 for LLC for California. But Form 565 come up. Where/tab or input/ how to switch to 568?

My assumption is that you need to indicate that it is an LLC. 

 

Screen 1 - Client Information

Miscellaneous Info

Type of Entity = Limited Liability Company

 

This should do the trick.

    Client info, middle of "misc. info"  = type of entity.  Use the drop down arrow for LLC
