NC D-422 not in package?

What's going on with this form, it's noted critical in diagnostics but there is nothing from Intuit

    Great frickin question.  There is nothing on the NCDOR website indicating this form has not been released.  I just downloaded a copy in fact.  Not sure what is going on with Lacerte.  We have still been able to e-file with the critical diagnostic.

    Same with SC-2210.  I've had to suppress the penalty and inform the client that they may receive an underpayment penalty notice.  I think this carries forward with the proforma, so be careful next year.
