NC critical Diagnostic Form D-400TC 35523
NC resident, CA non-resident with federal NOL. NC D-400TC "credit for income paid to another state" is calculating incorrectly as a negative number on line 1 and line 2, I cannot find a place to override any numbers on NC D-400TC line 1 and 2. Has anyone had this issue and am I stuck paper filing and manually filling in a Form D-400TC to include with NC?
