my LACERTE 2025: settings/options/individual user options/is greyed out and I cant change anything?????my LACERTE 2024: is not greyed out and I can make changes.

    If you aren't hosted, I would first try re-downloading your 2025 PREP file and reinstalling the 2025 software.

    If you ARE hosted on RW, I would first try re-downloading your 2025 PREP file and then I'd log into RW admin website and remove & re-add Lacerte 2025.

    Another workaround: could you PDF the returns and then print from your PDF program? I agree that it's an annoying workaround, but sometimes we just muscle through and figure out tech support later.
