missing Texas EXTENSION Display field

Can you tell me how to get the Texas EXTENSION status  & Texas EXTENSION Status Date -display field back...both are missing from the list in display options

It does not appear to be an option. The alternative is to use the Filter options offered in the left column. Scroll down to TX Ext. e-file Status and select something there to sort the clients it applies to.
