Does Lacerte allow efiling of this return?

Do you mean the M1PR, for the Renter's Refund or the Homeowner's Property Tax Refund?

If so, it probably allows e-filing (ProSeries does).  But it is a separate return, so the procedure might be a bit different (ProSeries treats it like a separate state return).
