I am trying to upload my prep file and it is asking for a Master Password, which I don't remember ever setting up? How do I find it , if I try to reset, it asks for the old password....HELP

You can update the prep file from within the program or my logging onto "My Account" at https://accounts.intuit.com/signin.html

I tried all of that and it starts all the update and then asks for the Master Password. That's the problem I'm having, I don't remember setting a Master Password, therefore I cannot reset it.

Any other solutions?
