I would like to send a mass email to remaining proforma'd clients about tax day. Can I do through the Lacerte program without having to send one at a time?

Not through Lacerte that I know of.  But you could export a CSV file of all client and spouse email addresses (highlight all clients,"Client" menu>"Export">"Export to file", select taxpayer and spouse email addresses).

Then copy that set of cells in your CSV/Excel file, and paste it into the "Bcc" field of your email program (just put yourself in "To" so you aren't creating a Reply-All nightmare).
