How do you get Lacerte to print that the tax return is for a Los Angeles County tax payer?  1040s & 1041s

Why do you think that should be done?

The IRS automatically knows that if the address is in the disaster area.  If the address is not in the disaster area but they still qualify for the disaster relief, you are supposed to call the IRS about it (see link).

However, I have read that the state requires a statement on the state forms.  I am unsure how to do that in Lacerte (in ProSeries, we enter it in the State section).
