Login email address display when program opens

When I log into the 2024 program there is a display at the top of the monitor showing I am logged in as [email address]. That email address is almost as old as DOS. Where is it coming from and how can I possibly change it? ---fjk

Thanks Kathi, and sorry this reply is some nine months old. I tried your suggestion some two weeks ago now and basically got blown off being told “don’t worry about it.” Now that I have a newly assigned Account Manage he said to try Support again and he will escalate the request. I hope so.

It’s a username, not an email address. You maintain the email address in the Profile for your log in name. But this is used for login purposes only. Mine is so old, it’s just the “name” part and not an email address at all.

I had success years ago having multiple log ins merge by transferring Admin Rights to the one name I wanted to keep.

Mine has this as well. It's my old email address before our firm split off from the old firm. It's probably deep within the bowels of the program, The Realm.

Hope you get it figured out & report back. It doesn't seem to affect anything in the program though.
