"Logged in as [email address]" overlay on Lacerte 2024 startup

There is an overlay on Lacerte 2024 startup that says "Logged in as [email address]" on startup. The email that it specifies doesn't match my intuit pro account and hasn't existed for 7 years. I've never seen this before, but it shows up every time that Lacerte starts.

Does anyone know what it is referring to?
