lacrete does not allow me to drag the separate window for form view to second monitor

I was trying to drag the pop up separate window for form view to my second monitor. However I cannot drag to a second monitor. first time to use Lacrete and would like to have one monitor showing the data input and have another monitor showing tax form view. Can anyone help me with that?

    I think it is your display settings, but I don't have total recall of which one. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how-to-use-multiple-monitors-in-windows-329c6962-5a4d-b481-7baa-bec9671f728a 

    Can you drag other windows between monitors? If so, Lacerte should also work that way. I switched to an ultra wide monitor, so I can't test.  Contact Support , they should be able to help you.
