Lacerte Worksheets freezing program

When we attempt to view a worksheet or statement in the forms tab in Lacerte it is freezing the program, has anyone else experienced this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have enough RAM?
Try restarting the PC (which I suppose you have already done before posting this question);
Try running WebSetup to force a reinstall; and
Try using Lacerte Tool Hub.
