HOW DO I RESET THE PASSWORD FOR A USER IN MY LACERTE ACCOUNT

You can't.  You only decide who is given access by setting up users and their respective roles.  The invitations you sent were for each user to set up their own Intuit accounts, which are then linked to your firm's.

If they need to reset their passwords, they'd need to go through the Intuit process, which is outside your control.

Thanks.  This makes sense.  That reset process seems to be ending in a loop at this time, but now we know which end of the knot to work on.
