Lacerte Trial Balance

Hello, I'm using the Lacetre Trial Balance Utility for the first time.  Does anyone know why the tax mapping portion will change some of my ending balances from positive to negative.  For example, if income is 100 in quickbooks.  Then when I use the utility in Lacerte, it gets entered as -100 on mt return.  Any ideas?

It can happen with "contra" accounts; for example a negative expense account or a debit amount in an income account. 

There is a report that pops up after posting to the return that details the accounts posted as a negative.  

Review that, then adjust as necessary.

The trial balance export is a tool, and isn't perfect.  A review is always necessary.
