What is a good class to take for a new administrative person to be able to enter the basics, print a return, e-mail a copy of a return.. the stuff admin people should learn?

There are some long (1-2 hours) and short (just a few minutes) training videos on your proconnect.intuit.com>Lacerte>Training page. Some of those are more helpful than others.
I'm a big fan of making my own using Loom. It helps highlight what I want my team to pay attention to, and how to integrate those admin steps with our portal (recently switched from SmartVault to TaxDome, and missing SV's direct integration). We've built a whole firm internal training library on Loom by just hitting record when we're about to do something we know someone else might need to know.
