Lacerte Tool Hub won't open

I have Windows 8.1 and the Lacerte Tool Hub won't open. I have tried compatibility test and nothing seems to work. Anyone else have this problem? It seems like it is an issue with Windows.

Is there a good reason to be on Windows 8? You can still get a 10 upgrade for free https://www.zdnet.com/article/heres-how-you-can-still-get-a-free-windows-10-upgrade/

8.1 is due to expire 1/10/2023, and 10 is leaving support on 10/14/2025

If Tool Hub won't load, use Windows to uninstall. Then reboot and install again.
