LACERTE TOOL HUB. any troubles?

Anyone have any problems with the tool hub. I have used it several times.  well my 2023 clients disappeared all 2500+ of them in all modules. I will have to get my IT to restore backup. The tool hub has never done that.

    @michele how was this resolved? I am Curious George. My guess is your directory path was corrupted.

      My 2024 clients have disappeared 2 X this week in all modules and 1 x in all modules except Individuals. I have tried Lacerte Tool Hub and WebInstall.  I don't understand what's going on
