Lacerte Tax efile acknowledgement letter IRS acceptance number

Why is the IRS acceptance identifier not included in the efile acknowledgement letter? It always has been in the past. What am I missing?

    I must be special. I see it just as it should be. 

    Is it possible

    a. You picked the wrong client when you printed?

    b. The return has not really been accepted yet?

    c. The Client letter got messed with? (Settings > Client Letter > + Electronic Filing > EF Acceptance - with Submission ID: [SubmissionID] was somehow deleted or edited?

      Check - Settings/Client Letter and you can customize the settings to and check to include the keyword [SubmissionID] in your letter for EF Acceptance.
