Lacerte sign in screen for 2019 and 2020

3 new laptops we have will not show the characters as you type on the sign in screen in TY19 & TY20 all previous years work fine.

I've tried Lacerte Tools Hub and re-installing with no luck. Anyone else had this problem and fixed it?

This is specific to ProSeries, but apparently may apply to Lacerte https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/proseries-tax-discussions/discussion/proseries-preventing-entry-to-sign-in-page/00/107988

I think you may need to call support.
