Lacerte Scan Import

Scan / import is not creating a bookmarked pdf this year in the tax import review file.   The pdf is there but none of the pages are bookmarked as in prior years.   Anyone else having that issue?

    The bookmarked pdf file was the best part of that service.

    I don't use it now.

    I agree.   Been using Scan/import since it was introduced.  Have had other issues in the past but this is the first I couldn't work around.   Lacerte support said they will give us an update on March 4th.   Not really helpful waiting until March.
