Lacerte Print Options

Presently, when I use Print, Tax Returns, Custom or Partial printing, Return Options has a checkmark in the Printer selection. I want that checkmark to default to SmartVault.

    Settings > Options > Setup > There are several "Complete Return - " with Printer, PDF, DMS, ....

    Adjust each of those to make SV at least one of your choices.

    This did not work for Return Options. Custom copy and Partial return are not options for changing - only Preparer Review Copies, Preparer File Copies, Client Copies, and Government Filing Copies are available for changing.

    A custom copy is determined each time you use it. It is Custom for that particular situation. 

    A Partial Copy is what is says it is. I just want to print the 1040 OR I want the 1065 and the 4562. Determine when you want the Partial Copy. 

    All of the others are the "usual" that you would print for every return and not have to think about it.
