Lacerte power of attorney
Starting in 2023 Lacerte when preparing a power of attorney Form 2848 we are required to put a 1 to "Print with complete return". If we want to print the power of attorney separately, we have to put this 1 in place or the name, social security number and telephone number do not populate the form. We should be able to have this information populate the Form 2848 without putting a 1 to print the POA with the entire return. We were able to print the POA without entering a 1 in years prior to 2023.
