Per Secure 2.0 the maximum SIMPLE IRA limit for an employee age 67 who participates in an employer plan with fewer than 25 employees is $21,450 ($17,600 + $3,850 catch up).  Lacerte is giving a critical diagnostic stating the maximum is $20,000.  Is there something that needs to be entered to overcome this diagnostic.

In the Box 12 input space, check the 3rd checkbox down, elect to apply the increased elective SIMPLE plan limits.
