Lacerte is not updating my firm info correctly
When updating my firm address, Lacerte has entered the address incorrectly replacing a letter with a "?" for my street address. I've put in MULTIPLE firm address update requests and contacted Lacerte via phone 3 different times. Each time I talk with someone, they tell me to do an address update request. When I do this, Lacerte "approves" it. However, without the correction to their error (basically not making any change). Any suggestions on how I can get this resolved? I'm beyond frustrated.
