Lacerte is Calculating Minnesota Tax on a Non-Resident who has less than $12,400 on Line 28 of form M1NR. How do you fix this?

Are you sure it is wrong?

Many states compute tax for a nonresident as a fraction of nonresident income to total income times tax as if you were a resident .

The more I know the more I don’t know.
