Lacerte Import Problems

Hi all,

Has anyone else run into problems with the tax import from scanned PDF function?

At our office we've had consistent problems with the time to process, form matching, and general PDF importing. In tax season this was a big problem when files with <5 documents to be scanned in would take hours to overnight for Lacerte to process. Additionally, we would end up hand entering data anyway when the form match function failed and the import created a new entry. Plus, sometimes the import process would fail to recognize the documents and not scan them at all. 

We're considering trying outside programs to help this issue, but if anyone has a solution or if Lacerte will be patching these issues we would prefer to not outsource.
