Lacerte crashing since July 8th
Hi everyone -
Since July 8th, we have been having Lacerte crash on us. We have tried uninstalling / reinstalling, removing our AV software (Sophos), removing Huntress, and many other things. Intuit cannot figure it out - nor can our tech team. We have roughly 20 users, and all but 2 this is happening to. The 2 that its not, are our newest users / computers. There is no pattern as to what is forcing it to crash. It might do it 10 times within an hour, or none at all. When you check the error log in Lacerte, it does not show anything there either, which makes us think its something on our computers that is forcing it to close. Nothing shows up when we run PCMON or PCDUMP. We host Lacerte on a local server.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
