Lacerte Appears to Freeze
I have seen a few issues recently where when someone goes to Print a return that Lacerte appears to freeze. In actuality there may be a dialog box that is hidden behind Lacerte (and other programs).
If Lacerte freezes, you can try to use the ALT-TAB keys to switch between windows. The window you are looking for will have a 2-dimensional bar code and be a rectangle a few inches or so on each side. If you find it, close it and functionality should return.
