Where do you think it should be on the form? Right click on that section and select "Jump to Input"
I don't see any location on the form.

There are 2 boxes on the NJ form after line 68 that are not on the Lacerte form. Tried to click on go to after the line 68 and nothing there.

Lacerte looks incomplete.

The two boxes about Government Fund? Right click and it does go to the input in Screen 3, New Jersey Miscellaneous.

Gov. Fund: 1 If Self, 2 If Sp., 3 If Both, 4 If Neither, 5 If Blank [O]

NJ Miscellaneous Information

Screen 3; Code 401

This entry overrides the default set in User Options. Enter 1 if the taxpayer wishes to donate to the gubernatorial fund. Enter 2 if the spouse wishes to donate. Enter 3 if both the taxpayer and spouse wish to donate. Enter 4 if neither wish to donate. Enter 5 to leave the question blank.
