Lacerte 2025 - Stuck on version 46.0805 (August 5, 2026) - Release 10

I have several of my employees needing to update their Lacerte 2025 to a newer version. But after trying everything I really can (Disabling updates, checking manually, blowing away cache files, reinstalling, websetup re-installing, etc..) It’s continually stuck on Version 46.0805 (August 5, 2026) - Release 10. I’m seeing on the page linked below there’s several versions ahead that we’d like to update fully to. Specifically Version 46.0831 (August 31, 2026) at least.

Any ideas on how to get Lacerte 2025 to actually update beyond Release 10?
