Lacerte 2024 freezes during backup
Never had this issue before, but tonight I logged into my Lacerte 2024 software and when I tried to backup a file, once the BACKUP CLIENTS file comes up the entire program freezes and I need to go to Task Manager to quit out of the program. I tried running Lacerte Tool Hub to repair it but it did not work. What more can I do, why is this happening? Do I need to reinstall the program from Lacerte ToolHub? if so, am I at risk for losing any of my client files that are currently on Lacerte 2024?
