Lacerte 2023 - recent update

Anyone having trouble with latest Lacerte update?  We have seemed to "stall out" in the update and now we can't get into Lacerte 2023 (we're on a network).

If I "reinstall" the 2023 software will that override the files we've already worked on?

    Try the new Lacerte Tool Hub https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/fix-common-problems-and-errors-with-the-lacerte-tools-hub/00/71892?src=lctoolhub51420

    Select Install then the FORCE option

    Turns out it was our server with the problem, all fixed now.  Thank you very much George for your reply, much appreciated.
