Lacerte 2021 freezes on one cloud user when select S-Corp only
Lacerte 2021 freezes and send error message to close program when change the selection to S-corp clients. it's a cloud environement, and this happen to on user only. all other users login to lacerte on the same sever and can change client type normally with no freezes issue. How can I resolve this issue for that user ?.
