Is anyone else having issues with opening Lacerte Tax program 2021

Was earlier, being prompted "Unable to validate your online credentials". After attempting several changes to the system and ultimately running WebSetup /force from ToolHub....it finally allow the user to log on and opened.

Lacerte I cannot access the 2021 and 2019 programs and do not have time to sit on the phone with you. Can you get this fixed? Thank you.

I cannot open 2018, 2019 or 2015 with same reason. If you click on What's this? you are sent to a non-existent link. All other lacerte versions are working fine.
