Lacerte 19 fails to launch after I sign in.

Lacerte 19 was run on Laptop. The program fails to launch after I sign in with my email and password.

Any body can help?

I am able to resolve the issue by selecting Properties, choosing Shortcut tab, changing Run to Maximized, then OK.  Thank you.
