Lacerte 19 - am getting an exception EOSError in module rtl190.btl at 00052B07

Can access all types except S Corp. Can not see any of the S corp clients even listed. When I try to go to options program closes

1) Reboot, hard, if you haven't

2) Reinstall software via WebSetUp.
