Lacert 2020 Won't start

My Lacerte 2020 won't start from the desktop.  When I double click the program the blue tornado will spin for about 15 seconds but nothing happens.  Can someone give me a fix?  Thanks

    Thanks I'll give it a try. 

    Is this a new version and do I have to manually remove any previous versions of the tool?
