Kentucky Form 725 for LLC

I have a Kentucky LLC wholly owned by a partnership, so need to report as a disregarded entity.  how do I get the partnership module to produce a Form 725.

Lacerte does not support Form 725 in the Partnership module.  It is available for an Individual return in Screen 54.299 State Taxes.
