Question

It is Saturday, Aug 20. I am working on tax returns for TY 2018 -2021. I lose 2021 Lacerte tax software and client returns. 2018-2020 still OK. I try reboot. NG HELP!

Where are the instruction regarding reloading 2021 Lacerte software?  Have I lost all the data for all clients?  Hope not.  Is there a business that helps you with Lacerte on the week-ends?

"losing" the program doesn't impact the data.

Have you lost the program, or just the desktop icon isn't working?

Windows 'start' button > Programs > Lacerte 2021 = click on that to see if it opens.  

And/or (same steps) Lacerte 2021 WebSetUp.  Force install even if *it* says all is OK.  

Again - this doesn't NOT impact data (assuming it hasn't gone away previously for some unknown reason).
