Issue Sorting by Single Member LLC in Individuals Database

When I create a filter to sort the individual clients by whether or not they have a single member LLC, it does not give me all the SMLLC clients. For the SMLLC clients that have been proforma'd from the prior year and their files have not been opened yet, they do not populate in the SMLLC list. They are only included in the list when the files have been opened and viewed.

This makes it difficult when we need to send out $800 vouchers for our individual clients with a SMLLC for extension.

You're referring to California SMLLCs, right? I'm in CA also. Just tried to find some ways to pull it out, and agreed, I couldn't see anything. Maybe someone else will have some ideas. I only have a few, and I use TaxDome for practice management/workflows, so I just have a tag on those accounts for "SMLLC" and that helps me keep track of them.
