Is there a way to restore a return on Right Networks that just randomly zeroed out?

We went into one return and all data is gone.

You have to call Support and ask them to restore a backup of that file from a particular date.  I've done this once or twice, but it's been a long time.  As I recall, it makes it go faster if you have a folder ready on your shared I:\ drive for them to put this backup file into.
