Is there a way to combine information from 2 taxpayer files that filed single in 2020 to a joint file in 2021?

Two individuals got married last year and it would be nice for proforma purposes to combine  their information to one joint file this year in order to avoid reentering basic information.

No easy way.... it has to be done manually.

Pick the most complicated one and add to it.  Watch the coding as taxpayer & spouse to avoid problems (especially C's, E's & K-1's)

If if open the prior year program, you can do a lot of cut/paste to speed up the process.
