Question

Is there a way to change the due date on the client screen? I have a lot of farmers that are due on March 1.

Client Letter Screen 5; Code 5

Enter the due date of the return (in m/d/y format) to print on the client letter. If you leave this field blank, the program defaults to April 15, 2021. However, if the taxpayer is on extension, the program defaults to the extended due date. If the taxpayer is subject to underpayment penalty, late filing, late payment, or late interest, the program uses the date entered in "Filing Date (m/d/y)" (Screen 8, code 1).
