Is there a partnership equivalent form to For 8453 to mail large PDFs (too large to e-File) to the IRS? Form 8453 does not seem to allow this

Reduce the file size. Either use your pdf software to do it or search for a free online compressor such as https://www.freepdfconvert.com/compress-pdf
