Question

Is Lacerte not pulling the correct line from 1040-SR over to Sch A, line 2? It's pulling line 9 (before $300 contribution adj) rather than line 11, AGI

If you're filing Schedule A you are not allowed an above-the-line deduction for contributions.

Yes, this is true (and I figured someone would point that out).  However, this is not necessarily true at the state level.  And, it was messing with the way I reconcile my individual returns.  I thought it was odd, although probably not a big deal for most folks.
